Trish is Practice Secretary and Company Secretary and has been with the Company since 1994 and is responsible for the day to day financial control - ranging from project invoicing through to payroll. In 2002 Trish was elected as a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and became a Fellow (FMAAT) in 2007. Trish is our Investors in People Training Champion and is responsible for the organisation, planning and implementation of staff appraisals and subsequent bespoke training programmes and mentoring. In October 2007, Trish became a member of the South Wales Branch of Women in Property, and currently sits on the committee as Treasurer. In December 2009 Trish became a full member of the Institute of Professional Administrators, which is the leading professional membership institution for business administrators. Women in Property is a national organisation that seeks to enhance the profile of women in the construction industry - to find out more visit www.wipnet.org Earlier this year Trish renewed her First Aid Qualification and is a fully trained Fire Marshall. |
