Neil Rocke: Associate Director
BEng, CEng, MICE

As an Associate Director, Neil has responsibility for projects encompassing both structural and civil engineering disciplines. Neil has 21 years experience in engineering, 20 of these with NJP, the last 9 years as Associate Director.

Neil’s experience covers foundations, superstructure, roads and drainage. His particular experience is in developing design solutions that embrace sustainable approaches into the development of the scheme infrastructure.

Extensive knowledge has been gained, broadened and passed on in the concept and design of engineered solutions from small to major developments in both refurbishment and new build, in all types of constructional materials.

Neil is also responsible for the production of information on a wide range of survey work including flood studies and traffic analysis, to structural monitoring with designed solutions.
   
Campbell Grossey: Associate Director
BSc (Hons) CEng, MIStructE, MICE, MFB

Campbell joined the Company as an Associate Director in 2006 and has 30 years of experience in Structural Engineering .

He has been a Chartered Structural Engineer since 1987 and has wide ranging experience of projects undertaken in a variety of business sectors including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Health, Sports and Leisure facilities. He has experience of varying project procurement methods including 2 stage tenders, traditional and design and build.

He is responsible for management of structural design and coordination of detailing within the practice team with particular experience in feasibility studies and practical, economical design solutions.
   
Dave Jenkins: Associate Director
BSc (Hons) CEng, MIStructE

As an Associate Director, David has day to day operational responsibility for resourcing a range of current projects.

David has over 34 years experience in Structural Engineering practices, three of these with NJP Limited.

David has wide experience in a variety of project procurement methods including traditional, design and build and partnering.

David is familiar with design in all major materials, associated with Educational projects covering refurbishment, new build and extensions, some of which were located on confined sites.
